I loved watching her dramas. I was so devastated when I found out she had committed suicide. It hurt even though she had been gone for about 7 years already. Gone too soon. I hope others can learn from unfortunate situations and seek help with depression

The thing is with depression it can make you commit or attempt suicide spontaneously, it has happened . People do not understand the severity of depression it is awful and horrible . People make jokes about it but for people who live with it , it is not funny at all , the physical and emotional crap you go through is torture.Unless you live with depression or with someone who has it you cannot really understand what it is like to have depression. It is hell ! However with treatment you can learn to help yourself make the bad days less hell than without treatment.I hope people who have it will go get treated because it does help .

If Knetz want to reflect on anything. It should be how they drag celebrities through the mud and leave them on the brink of suicide! Dumb fucks need to realise that celebrities are human with human emotions.

Imshook BritishSone Wednesday, February 22, 2017

wait why did she commited suicide? Was it knetz fault again?!

jinssam Imshook Wednesday, February 22, 2017

No, she was just going through severe depression...there was no connection to knetz at that time, especially because the internet wasn't that developed. I think she just was going through a lot of changes and emotions, especially because it was during the time when she was really rising... :(

BritishSone Imshook Wednesday, February 22, 2017

She came under heavy scrutiny from the media and knetz due to sex scenes in her final film The Scarlet Letter. Its speculated that this overlapped with a number existing issues that she was suffering. I'm also talking in present tense about how the comments made by knetz can drive celebrities to suicide and that they should reflect on what they say and the effects it could have on the celebrities well being. Because they don't know what issues idols could be dealing with behind closed doors.

Internet was well developed in South Korea in 2005, and the Hallyu Wave have already digitally began with BoA, DBSK etc. after 2000. Cyworld is their lead SNS and created before FB and TW, all korean celebrities had their own Cyworld and knetizen harrassed them a lot on this SNS. I remember it because korean fashion e-shop was pretty popular at this time and their webdesign was pretty great. (like the eshop Dahong - I'm french, so for french people here it's about at our SNS "Skyblog"'s area)

MOM_IS_BACK Wednesday, February 22, 2017

They dragged her while she was alive now they are all being sorry! Get the fuck out of here with ur fakeness Knetizens.

H8erade MOM_IS_BACK Wednesday, February 22, 2017

The internet was a different place in 2005, there were many sites and no news sites had a comment section like they do now. It was a scandal by the media not really by Knetizens.

elyn H8erade Wednesday, February 22, 2017

What happened?

H8erade elyn Wednesday, February 22, 2017

She did a nude scene in a movie and there was huge scandal in the media. She suffered from depression after that.

alicehalf H8erade Wednesday, February 22, 2017

not really, south korean are pretty advanced on the using of SNS with CYWORLD, before TW, FB who didn't even exist, they even have a lot of cyberstar/"ulzzang" (and a lot of haters with...) at this time, knetizens were pretty active on Cyworld and a lot of harrassment had taken place on this SNS with a lot of korean celebrities.
