CEO Sung Chul Ho of GNI Group was arrested for fraud.
According to an exclusive report by E Daily, CEO Sung was recently arrested and questioned by the Songpa Police Department for scamming investors. It's also revealed that CEO Sung is charged with foreign exchange violations and 32 other criminal charges. Currently, the case is continuing to be investigated by the Seoul District Public Prosecutor's Office.
GNI Group is the head company of GNI Entertainment; currently the home to group Mad Town, actor Jeong Si Hyun, actress Shin Eun Je and more.
E Daily attempted to reach GNI Group for an official statement regarding the arrest of CEO Sung but no response was given.
