'School Rapper' drops new teaser of high school students auditioning

Mnet's new rap survival show 'School Rapper' (also known as 'High School Rapper') released another teaser of high school students auditioning!

The show goes by the concept of giving rappers in their teens some spotlight since many of them have been in the shadows of older rappers for so long. It will be introducing viewers to the down-and-dirty stories of its high school contestants as well as hip-hop culture in schools, while also aiming to instill in the public a more positive image of hip-hop through regional rap battles.

A few familiar faces among the auditioning students include NCT's Mark and rapper/Kim Gu Ra's son, MC GREE. Comedians Jung Jun Ha and HaHa will be MC-ing the show with trendy rappers like Tiger JK, Swings, Yang Dong Geun, Mad Clown, Jessi, and more appearing as mentors. You can tune in starting February 10!

So it's show me the money for kids lolI feel for the contestants though, SMTM & UPRS contestants have a noticeable hard time with the long hours, the stress, lack of sleep and food, as well as the viewers backlash. They're just kids so I hope that MNET does their best to treat them right (though if P101 is anything to go by, they won't).

I'm kind of tired of all this "rapping" concept and them trying to prove they're true rappers. I'm not targeting this show only, but these days everyone considers themselves rappers just bcs they can "rap" fast when in fact they're only copying those from here and there. P.S. please do tell me, are they allowed to pierce/wearing earpierce accessories, dyed their hair, having an unique hairstyle in school ? (aside from the idols) so, are they allowed to do it or they just breaking the rules ? please someone explain it to me because im kinda shock ;O

Depends on the school all rules are different for the most part they like to keep it uniform I know my friends are died ghee hair but it's always been a neutral Color nothing like green. Idk about piercings.

its really depend on which school they are attended, majority of idols attending art school such as SOPA and hanlim, and as far i know, student who is debut as an idol allowed to do what you mention before, hairstyling and piercing, i think their management contact the school, i have a lot korean friends, and majority of them have small tattoo and piercing, but they are from athletic schools and art school, for hair color they are going crazy during school break and go back to normal color (choco or black) when school is starting :)
