Korean netizens are both moved and impressed by Brazilian ARMYs demanding a larger concert venue for BTS's Wings Tour

A post on a popular Korean online community said, "BTS is doing a tour, and the Brazilian concert hall has a max capacity of 7,000 but there were over 50,000 people trying to get tickets at once."

The post continues, "So the Brazilian fans are tweeting #tf4RespectArmy and demanding that there be a bigger venue. Wow."

The hashtag #tf4RespectArmy was tweeted so much that it was trending. The original poster points out that BTS U.S. tickets also sold out in 4 minutes and other locations experienced similar success. The person wrote, "Guess they're more popular than I thought? I also read that additional U.S. tour dates were also added. Wow."

Other netizens joined in by saying, "I love international fans...they stream MVs and try to get the group's name out there..." Another wrote, "If you go on YouTube, you can read international ARMYs writing in English and yelling at BigHit and asking them to tour in their cities as well." One netizen commented, "I was shocked to know that BTS is popular abroad! Wow."

i thought exo-ls were rude to VIPs and BIGBANG but to BTS and ARMYS its on a different level of savage. i never seen a group that DEEPLY hates another group to this extent...smhreally rude tbh...those exo-ls buy a ticket like $600 and sell it for 10k...

It was a war to get my tickets. I arrived at 6am at the concert hall and there were about 150 people in front of me already. At 12pm they started to allow people to get in and go to the cashier place. By 8am i could see the end of the line. By 9am, i could not, it was already 5 blocks down the street. There is around 20 selling points around the city, all of them were full of armys trying to buy their tickets aswell.Luckly, i got to buy my tickets. But that bc i arrived early af.The internet selling was a mess, the system was crashing, there were a online line of +40.000 people...This is the biggest kpop concert Brazil will hold, and its not enough. I hope they open another date, bc moving to a stadium will be hard.but well, we're armys and we are here to fight the war...

The concert promoters underestimated the demand. I hope the Brazilian fans get what they want.

the brazilian armys are dumb, even if we could bring BTS to a stadium, people would stay without any ticket ¬¬ now, we're waiting another group in Brazil to 2017 (I hope it'll be EXO, SHINee, or even Monsta X). also, I could say, since BTS will do two shows here with a very good acceptance, other groups will come here and do shows in a bigger place, probably. BTS will come more times, I'm surestop with this shit

This article is really misleading though... From what I read, the reason why Brazilian ARMY are demanding to move venue rather than adding concert(s) is because they are afraid that the tight WINGS Tour schedule (if you notice, with the current schedule BTS has literally three days of rest between Brazil and U.S) would make BTS members exhausted. That's why their action are being applaused by other AMRYs, even K-ARMYs. Please read up before calling people dumb and think what they are doing is just some selfish shits.

We are asking to add another date or change to a stadium. Change to a stadium is the bigger request so the boys dont get exhausted. BTS' concert is the biggest kpop concert Brazil ever held, thats why there's such a mess: it was underestimated. There were more than 40k armys all around the country wanting to buy tickets but the concert hall can hold (two days) 17k people. BTS will definelly come back to Brazil, since they are so popular, but thats not the point. People dont want to miss this tour

i'm genuinely impressed and really happy for these boys, they deserve all the support <3 maybe they should stay in North-South America continent for few weeks, filming something like AHL 2.0 while touring fully there (and get some western singers featurings while they're at it LOL i'm dreaming too much)
