Earlier this year, Song Hye Kyo appeared in the film 'DarkNuns', which was released in January. Her next project is the upcoming Netflix original series 'Slowly but Fiercely' (working title).
Slowly but Fiercely is set in the tumultuous Korean entertainment industry of the 1960s to 1980s, an era dominated by brutality and chaos. It tells the story of those who, despite having nothing, risked everything in pursuit of dazzling success. The series marks Song Hye Kyo’s third collaboration with renowned screenwriter Noh Hee Kyung, following 'Worlds Within' and 'That Winter, the Wind Blows'.
In the series, Song Hye Kyo takes on the role of Minja, a woman who, having endured countless hardships since childhood, has developed an unshakable inner strength.
