Hyunseung and B2ST's contracts with the agency expired this past October, and the former group member has decided to continue with the company after 7 years as a labelmate. Cube stated, "Hyunseung has signed an exclusive contract with Cube. We'll support and assist him, so he progresses as a mature artist."

As for the 5 B2ST members, the label stated, "Hyunseung's renewal and B2ST's contract situation are two separate things. We're offering B2ST proposals and are currently waiting for a response."

Stay tuned for updates.

I am honestly confused at all the comments calling him a traitor.  Who did he betray exactly?  He left B2st long before CUBE announced he was leaving.  They knew when he skipped those fan signs yet they did nothing to protect him.  How did he betray the other members when the issue was musical differences?  He wanted to do music with more mature themes and dance.  And he certainly didn't betray CUBE although they threw him under the bus a couple of times to protect B2st.  People got furious with him because he posted he was annoyed about getting phone calls and texts in the middle of the night. THEN they weren't satisfied over his apologies.  All he wants to do is sing and dance and everybody's acting like he's Yoko Ono and broke B2st apart.

Hey! This seems a GOOD POSTING by you! ... :-)

I agree about musical (& personality) differences but not the part 'he wanted to do music with more mature themes'. He didn't skip a fansign but a fanmeeting

JessicaJungLove ripiasuju Tuesday, December 13, 2016

lol you call them flop has beens and then you put a CRAYON POP MV? Lol biggest irony ever hahaha

krell JessicaJungLove Wednesday, December 14, 2016

@JessicaJungLove <-- Assuming this is the same 'RIPIA' AKP user. On the OLD AKP software setup, RIPIA got to like a (MINUS) -100,000 'Appreciation Ranking' score on AKP. I believe that was the ALL TIME LOWEST ever 'accomplished' ... ;-)

i just want some new stuff. solo or troublemaker plz.

krell chaoticoconut Tuesday, December 13, 2016

Yes, hopefully this means that TROUBLE MAKER (with HYUNA) still exists.

cococcchanel krell Tuesday, December 13, 2016

The only positivity I see with him staying in Cube. I don't trust the company to promote their idols and treat them well

krell cococcchanel Tuesday, December 13, 2016

I will *guess* that HYUNA gets treated well by CUBE Agency. So, as 50% of TROUBLE MAKER, *maybe* HYUNSEUNG will be treated decently too. I will *guess* that this was his 'calculation' in RE-SIGNING with CUBE Agency. But HYUNSEUNG is NO HYUNA, in terms of K-pop visibility either. In the end, difficult to know (my view).

cococcchanel krell Tuesday, December 13, 2016

I guess too. I think he likes to collaborate with Hyuna as well, they are/were a unique act in k-pop and gained many fans

Lea10042016 cococcchanel Wednesday, December 14, 2016

You mean MANAGE them well?

Lea10042016 cococcchanel Wednesday, December 14, 2016

Casual fans (when I look at their album sales)

cococcchanel Lea10042016 Wednesday, December 14, 2016

Add management to the list, if you wish.

Lea10042016 cococcchanel Thursday, December 15, 2016

I think in Beast & other Cube's artists' cases, 'mismanaged' is the appropriate word (because Cube sucks at promoting their artists
