So he eventually left MBLAQ to focus on an acting career, and has made quite the name for himself already. Unlike Thunder (Park Sang Hyun), he seems to have no intention to come back as a solo artist.

Seungyeon is the other KARA member to leave so that she can pursue an acting career. She left DSP Media and her idol days behind to hold hands with J,WIDE-Company and focus on dramas and the like instead. She was recently in 'Youth Generation.'

Gyuri was originally a child actress, but still, she seemingly left that world to focus on being an idol. After many years under KARA as the leader, she has left to return to acting. She is now in Motion Media and even gave a lot of advice to current KARA member Youngji in her own acting ventures.

Han Groo revealed that she never intended to be a singer, but her debut was rushed by her agency and she found herself on stage. After only promoting a few songs, she turned to acting and has become a new princess of rom-coms with her sweet and funny acting. She said on broadcast that she had no intention to go back to singing - so there you go!

Kim Ki Bum originally took hiatus from Super Junior and pursued acting during that time, but he never really went back to Super Junior until finally his contract with SM Entertainment ended. So he left the group officially and continued on the path to acting.

The long-time Gavy NJ member finally left the group and was the last original member to leave. She revealed that she decided to make the big change because she had wanted to be an actress and will finally chase after her dream.

The Tiny-G member left, leaving the group as a trio rather than a quartet. The maknae left in order to pursue her acting career. Shortly after, Dohee became busy with her own acting career and the group disbanded, with Dohee tearfully insisting she did not want it to happen but the agency had not heeded her wishes.

Sulli, like Gyuri, was originally a child actress but had long invested her time into training to become an artist under SM Entertainment. After spending a few years in f(x), she decided she wanted to continue being an actress and left the group. She hasn't done any acting since, but keep an eye out!

Nam Gyu Ri was another singer who caused quite some calamity with her departure from her girl group. She, like Hwayoung, made some accusations against the group and company; she claimed she had not been paid fairly and was mistreated. The other two members of SeeYa called her a liar at a later time. She left the group to pursue acting, appearing in dramas like '49 Days' but to only average success.
