Eunji talked about the days after 'Reply 1997' on a radio show and described them as "the dark days."

On October 20 episode of SBS 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time,' A Pink made an appearance as guests.

When one listener commented, "I was shocked when I saw Eunji in real life. Her waist was so skinny -- small enough to hold with one hand." Eunji responded to the comment, saying, "I tried to lose weight very quickly after 'Reply 1997,' but I did it the wrong way, and it became the dark days."

She continued, "After that, I worked out and lost weight properly. Now my waist is probably about two hands-ful."

Anyway, Eunji is always perfect, she is a godness

I love her and am glad that she can admit something like this. I bet she got a lot of hate for being in a girl group but looking "fat" on Reply 1997 when she looked totally perfect then and still does.

I really love her. She's so funny and smart, and her friendships with my VIXX boys are so cute. I love how she and N make fun of each other. I just wish the best for Jung Eunji, she seems to deserve it.

there is nothing wrong with throwing up if you overeat.  so long as you do it within 10~ minutes of eating.  the extra food hasnt gone into digestion yet so it comes out easy.  the problem is when its in the digestional tract and then you throw up.  anyways professional eaters do it all of the time.

NDJOON94 smokeee Thursday, October 20, 2016

Huh.. really? Isnt that called Bulimia?

hyungergames smokeee Thursday, October 20, 2016

First off, in the process of throwing up, the acidic content destroys tissues of your stomach and throat. It also degrades the strength of your teeth. The continuous process of doing so also leads to indigestion of even adequate food levels. Second off, not only is it physically deteriorating but mentally debilitating. As a constant habit, visions of beauty and health are completely disoriented by bulimia. Even if one's initial goal is to slim down, the habit easily turns into an obsession and more and more weight can be lost. This isn't just fatal because you're underweight, but because you lack the proper nutrients for your body to function properly. However, because people don't realize this, it completely distorts people's images of self-control, self-love, and beauty.

that is only if you throw up late when its digesting. i'm talking about people who overeat, most of the excess is in waiting like to be digested and pukes out easy. like i said professional eaters do it all of the time without issues. i've done it for years and i have ZERO problems. i dont do it every day obviously, its just when i overeat and then i puke it out like 5~ minutes later no problem. people really shouldnt believe the bullshit because if you do it right you wont have issues. if you're trying to throw up the food your body needs where you're starving yourself thats a different story. but many people have eating problems more based on taste and overeating. and no it is not bulimia, bulimia is a extreme and is a mental disorder as well. again look up professional eaters and how they get rid of the hundreds of hot dogs or wings they eat. Kobiyashi is in better shape than most 'healthy' people here too.

... xD "... i did it the wrong way, and it became the dark days." Korean dieting mentality is hilarious and unsettling at the same time...

Rosevox Thursday, October 20, 2016

Finally someone fucking said it! Stop starving yourself damn it! THIS IS WHY IDOLS FAINT LEFT AND RIGHT, UP AND DOWN AND SIDE TO SIDE! When you workout, your muscles break right? Common knowledge. So to repair that shit, your body needs (surprise surprise) NOURISHMENT. Eat your damn broccoli and meat! Yeah, that's right SHITLOAD OF MEAT AND VEGETABLES (I'm just kidding, everything in moderation). Because they're low on carbohydrates, so instead of using those, your body uses THE BODY FAT to grow your muscles back AKA YOU GET THINNER AND SHREDDED AS FFFUUUUCCCCKK. Now you may think that "But Rosevox, if I don't eat anything then surely there is no way to gain weight." NO! SHUT UP KID, THAT'S NOT HOW YOUR BODY WORKS! If you starve yourself, your body will automatically store all the energy to keep you alive. It kind of goes into an emergency state. So instead of losing weight, you actually gain weight because anything you put in your mouth will be stored inside your body (simply said). Of course if you starve yourself for a long time, you will lose weight. But it's a lot slower than losing weight healthily and instead of getting leaner you just shiver like a dandelion in Sahara. This is usually the reason why the idols are always so out of energy. They are not thin or fit, but shivered. And that's pretty dangerous for your health. The biggest problem usually is that the idols don't get enough sleep. Because the recovery phase starts when you go to sleep. And that's not something an idol can really affect on because of their schedule. Also drink a lot of water. A LOT. No matter how warm or cold it is HYDRATION IS ALWAYS THE KEY. I could list so many benefits you get from water and zero bad side effects (except drowning).

Tl;dr If you want to lose weight, exercise, eat right, sleep and drink water. Don't starve yourself. It's not only bad for your health but in general it's a shitty and slow way to get thin.
