The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) announced on September 28 that they have forwarded Lee Jin Wook's sexual assault case to prosecution with the recommendation to drop the charges brought against him. 

The SMPA had also submitted two arrest warrants for 'A,' the woman who was involved in the alleged sexual assault case,' for charges of false accusations; however, the requests were rejected.

This past July, 'A' claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Lee Jin Wook and filed suit against him. But Lee Jin Wook rebutted her claims, saying, "The sex was consensual. Making false accusations is a big crime," and countersued 'A.'
