Jessi, as per usual, was relentless in speaking her mind on the recently aired episode of 'Happy Together.'

Though some find her bold, outspoken manner refreshing and honest, many are still under the impression that the singer/rapper has no manners. What she said to C Jamm in particular seemed to have really hit a nerve with netizens, as she had used an offensive term to address him at one point during the broadcast. She had said, "This shekki (little sh*t) doesn't call me noona."

Netizens wrote, "She seems condescending; the boughs that bear most hang the lowest.

"No matter how long she lived overseas, there are things you should say and things you shouldn't say.

"I wish she'd stop cursing on TV.

"I hope that people will see the difference between being honest and rude. There's a difference between being bold and doing whatever the heck you want.

"Let's not speak so coarsely in front of 'God Yoo (Yoo Jae Suk).

"What she's doing doesn't seem all that smart," and more.

What do you think? Was Jessi just being herself or did she step over a line?

i dont understand them first of all it is disrespectful plus if you didnt watch the show jessi said it doesnt matter and is cool she only called him a jerk while joking around and in the end she was cool about him just calling her by jessi

I think that it is not fully Jessie's fault. Though she did use some rude words, the producer should be good enough to know which scenes are appropriate to be broadcasted.

Bingo! She addresses someone being rude to her but the "evil editing" shows that she's just being rude to a dongsang. And the "real" Koreans get all pissy at the "foreign pretender" who isn't "Korean enough".

The hell is wrong with you people? Stop looking at Korea through your liberal eyes and remember that this is a conservative society that strives on traditions  (like the majority of the world outside of North America and certain parts of Europe). Calling people names, telling people to piss off and cursing isn't tolerable behavior in SK. Stop defending Jessi's ugly attitude because it's clear that Korea is getting over the novelty. She's rude and the reason nobody acts like her because it's acceptable.

she is just being herself and joking, there is no harm..its not like she is insulting someone there or fighting.but maybe this is a little bit cultural because i see many people cursing and i hear it in tv (mostly joking curse) and it cause no prob ...i think its no harm because its just a light joke but wow sometimes for people everything is offensive

Sometimes i really hate knetz..

Out of all koreans it is the netizens, who complain about mannerism. Is this satire? The koreans with no manners, who curse all the time and show the rudest behaviour of all koreans, criticize someone for bad manners. How can they be such hypocrits? Compared to what Knetz are saying Jessi even seems tame.
