Actress Lee Sung Kyung relayed her gratitude toward her fans for their thoughtful gift to the set of her drama 'Doctors.'

On August 12, she posted a picture of herself in front of the present on Instagram and wrote out her thanks.  Her fans had sent a snack cart to the set for her birthday, which was on August 10.  How sweet of them!  She also got a great deal of birthday gifts!
