In an interview with Ilgan Sports ahead of their stage on 'M! Countdown' the other day, MONSTA X's Shownu talked about 'Hit the Stage.'

He said, "After recording the first episode, I thought to myself that I had work even harder. I think having points [in the dance] are important." When asked which member of his group he'd like to recommend for the show, he chose Jooheon, explaining, "Jooheon has a feel for it, so he'll be able to show a good performance."

Also, the boys will be taking a break after "Stuck." Kihyun said, "We wanted to give a present to our fans because they gave us immense support. We're promoting 'Stuck' with the belief that the song is for our fans."

Agreed. Shownu needs better choreo than what he got on the first episode and Jooheon would fit this show just as well. Monsta X is pretty decent all around in dance. Enjoy your break guys.

MX needs a break after this huge explosive comeback, as well as Shownu from HTS. Not only that but they released 'Do Better' for Y-Teen. I hope they get some time to rest soon. MX fighting! <3

They really need a vacation so I'm glad they get to rest after this week. Especially Shownu -. Just in the past 4 weeks, they've had their Seoul concert, Musicwave in japan performances, practice and recording for 'Hit the Stage,' 'Heroes of Remix,' their YTeen collaboration, KCON LA, and promotions for 'Stuck.' And that's not even a complete list.

They are all remarkably good dancers, but I have always thought Jooheon is the second best dancer after Shownu. If you watch him move in their dance practice videos, he completely grasps the feel of the music . Jooheon really is a rare triple threat in kpop- he excels in variety, rap, and dance.
