A supposed eyewitness to Kangin's DUI case has stepped forward to speak on 'Entertainment Relay'.
'Entertainment Relay' went to visit the site of the DUI incident, where the streetlight that he'd crashed into had been removed and the site covered with dirt. 'Entertainment Relay' also took the account of someone claiming to be an eyewitness to the incident.

The supposed witness said, "After the car hit the streetlight, it stayed still for about 3 seconds. Afterward, he just backed up and drove away."
