The point of this look seems to be an over-abundance of layering as you can see in Victoria's choice of chokers and bracelets. Of course, the Victoria pulls off this edgy look with class, rocking the styling to make it her own. She looks like she belongs in London in the 80's, bumping to some Sex Pistols or The Ramones.
