Lovelyz sat down for an interview with Star News before their first comeback stage on 'M! Countdown' on April 28!

The girls said, "Before our comeback stage, we are half excited and half concerned.  We do want to quickly show what we've practiced."

It was also the first comeback stage for Seventeen and TWICE on this day.  Regarding them, Lovelyz said, "Seventeen, TWICE, and we are groups with different, individual colors.  We hope that promoting at the same time like this will be a chance for us to grow."

When asked what they wanted to learn from the other two groups, Lovelyz said, "TWICE and Seventeen's stages are extremely overflowing with energy.  Looking at that energy, we want to learn from them.  When we see one another on site, we say, 'Fighting.'  We don't have cell phones yet, but later on, when we get cell phones, we want to even contact them and give support."

Good luck to all three groups!

"Regarding them, Lovelyz said, "Seventeen, TWICE, and we are groups with different, individual colors." " Yes. Finally. Somebody totally tries to reject this entire question. Because you can't compare groups that: A. have completely different concepts ; B. are different genders because that is really dumb ; C. HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CONCEPTS. Seriously, honestly, stop asking all the rookies to compare themselves to everybody else. I don't like that. It's just awkward and a little bit rude. Like, "Look at these groups who are more popular than you and have a stronger fanbase than you and who will more than likely beat you at any poll, and tell me how you think you're doing versus them." No. Don't. Bad interviews. Bad.

LOL Twice and Seventeen should learn from lovelyz bcs lovelyz is their sunbae

People must be saying that hoobaes must learn from their sunbaes but lovelyz shown that sunbaes can also learn from hoobaes..... their rank in kpop doesnt matter, moral values are the most important. And them being humble towards other groups will make lovelyz shine than others.😁

Seventeen and Twice have LOTS to learn from Lovelyz. Lovelyz vocal ability and harmonization is no joke. They are singers that can actually SING. And if you’ve ever tried to learn their dances, they are very complex & difficult. Lovelyz fighting :)

Not related to the article but , WOW they are a good looking bunch of artists. Beautiful/handsome and talented. New generation, good relationships. Love it!!!!!

I love their humble answer and i hope they get more attention cause it frustrates me that theres so many monster rookie groups that are displacing older and more established groups like cable, beast, 4minute etc etc. I'm just tired of the overrated-ness

i dont think this is a weird question since you can always learn from someone younger but it's kinda unprofessional. lovelyz didnt have the same advantages that twice and seventeen have in terms of popularity and early exposure during debut. they didnt pave their way through a viral video either (you cant deny that technology is necessary these days). musical wise, i will always pick lovelyz even though their songs arent my taste cause if you listen carefully, they always harmonize well as a team and their songs are actually hard to sing which is rare to find in rookie groups these days. they're the less known and hidden gem in kpop these days. i'm sure one day that'll change

That is also one of the reason how Lovelyz caught my attention. Their voices singing together feels like singing angels. Professionally speaking, yes. Their voices blended well together. Not one of them is outshining the others. Even if they sing a bit high pitched, it still sounds awesome. Either they practice together to sing that way or technology did that or both, I love it. I hate songs that highlights too much of their vocal. I'm like dude, let me hear the music in the background. That's important too. Some still pull it of and some manages it well without hurting people's ears. Maybe some people like it that way. But I don't. Just an opinion.

They're so respectful and humble, it makes me love them even more. I hope they get their cellphones back soon because I really want to see them interact and have a closer relationship with other groups.
