It seems like Chanyeol couldn't sit back and watch the fans' anger and uproar continue any longer, as the idol took to his Instagram to clear up any misunderstandings he may have caused.�
On March 11, Chanyeol wrote the following on his Instagram:�
"I wanted to avoid bringing these things up but it's been on my mind and I hate for you all to be worried...
I am not dating at the present and am busy going through a cycle of work, production, work, production, work, production, and rest... I promise not to worry or disappoint you all anymore.
I don't know where all these strange rumors keep coming from but I never repetitively followed/unfollowed that person [Lily Maymac]... I followed her without much thought but it ended up affecting her end negatively so as of now I've�unfollowed her, so you don't have to worry... I don't even know the person at all... kekekeke"
In the past month, it seems that uproars caused by EXO-L have heightened to false rumors to a point where some went as far as to accuse Chanyeol and the Instagrammer of dating.�
We hope that the idol's honest explanation will bring an end to further misunderstandings and conflicts.�
