'Balenciaga' is one of the most amazing brands to be rocking now a days with its exquisite designs and the expensive styles. �For this 'Who Wore It Better,' the jacket costs 1,566,000 KRW (~ 1,300 USD) and the skirt isn't even available in Korea yet! Talk about the power of a trendsetting fashionista. Although they both are boasting some seriously expensive taste, which beauty is the best dressed between Jessica and Shin Min Ah?

After little debate, it came quite easily for me to decide that Jessica is my winning choice. The dress just honestly looks better on her in more ways than one would expect. Shin Min Ah is beautiful, but Jessica is just a real beauty in this dress! She looks brighter, cleaner and ready to walk a runway instead of simply attending a breast cancer awareness campaign. I love the attention to detail as she pairs it well with a sharp leather purse, shiny black pumps, and a tight and frilly collar. Jessica's long sleek hair completes the look. This is another moment that I feel Jessica purely captures that doll-like look without looking creepy.

Shin Min Ah made the right choice by wearing this to her December airing of 'Oh My Venus' but she didn't live up to the elegance the same way Jessica did. She followed the same idea of pairing it with a white collar underneath, but instead of making her look clean, I feel it made her appear plain or washed out complexion wise. However, it could be the photo quality from this event or even her make-up choice. I do like that Shin Min Ah wears her jacket open to reveal her figure but it wasn't enough to win me over, honestly. Another side note to notice is her dark leggings compared to Jessica's sheer style. The sheer leggings appear more sensual and slimming than regular black. Shin Min Ah played it safe, which is smart, but fashion is about being bold!
