When the news came out that Big Bang's Seungri was suing a female singer, her name was of course, not revealed. She was simply described as Ms. Shin (33), but several news outlets have their theories on who this singer is.
According to representatives in the entertainment industry, Ms. Shin is singer Shin Eun Sung who debuted back in 2003 as a solo singer.
Shin Eun Sung definitely fits the description, as she debuted in 2003 with her album 'Go Away' and last year she shut down the agency which was under her name. She released a total of 2 albums in her career in Korea and is currently unable to be contacted.

As previously reported, the reason Seungri is suing Ms. Shin for fraud is because he invested in her building last year, and has never been paid back.
