Actor Seo Kang Jun revealed on tvN's 'Taxi' on January 5 that he went through a "financial crisis" after disclosing to his parents his dream of becoming an actor.
He said, "I had money problems in high school. I said that I was going to pursue acting. I was able to sleep at home, but my parents would not give me money for transportation or school. That's why for three straight years in high school, I did part-time jobs."

Lee Sung Kyung was also on this show and she went into the story of how she came to debut as an actress through 'It's Okay, That's Love.' "I got contacted by Producer Kim Kyu Tae," she explained. "He was looking for a new face that didn't fall under a stereotype. He warned me not to learn acting. He wanted my natural self."
