Thankfully, fans were able to find aid from Park Won Soon, the mayor of Seoul, whom they had directly logged a complaint to with the hope of resolving the issue.�
Park gave an update on the incident on Wednesday through social media, reassuring Junsu fans with a statement which went, "We have informed the organizers of the 'Seoul Music Awards through an official letter that we will stop sponsoring the event if a problem like this occurs again. The organizers are claiming that it was a mistake but it's hard to accept it as such."�
