During the concert in commemoration of his new solo album, 'Gallery,' on December 7, Zico explained his reason behind this new music release.

He said, "Hip hop is what imprinted me in the public's mind. �The only instrument that I could use to appeal is rap. �In order to appeal with my strong point, I released a solo album. I want to satisfy everyone's expectations and prove that I am developing. That's why I released a hip hop track. �I release music once in awhile in order to reply to the various feedback I'm getting through my lyrics."
