On the November 4 airing of 'Radio Star,' Yoo Ah In's co-star, Cha Soon Bae, shared the story of how the actor accidentally struck his head on a rock, causing him to sustain a head injury.

Cha Soon Bae began his story by praising Yoo Ah In as an "acting genius," and said, "There was a scene where Yoo Ah In is striking his head but he accidentally hit his head on the rock and bled profusely. Most actors would have stopped but he just kept on going."
Kim Gu Ra, concerned after hearing the story, asked, "Did he stitch [his wound]?" Cha Soon Bae answered, "We quickly treated him to stop the blood flow and continued filming."
