The latest cover man on 'Elle Korea' is none other than world star Psy! But this isn't just another magazine cover. This is the very first time a solo male musician has graced the cover of 'Elle Korea'.


It's a bright and interesting cover that will definitely stand out on newsstands. It's very Psy-like in our opinion!


Psy will be making his long-awaited comeback on December 1.
