During the airing, Taeyeon was all tears when performing her new track, "I," unable to continue with the song due to overwhelming emotions. Once the female idol calmed her nerves, she said, "You guys were probably shocked. I'm sorry. I will sing the song again at the end."

She then continued, "I won first place on 'Music Bank' and it's my 10th time winning 1st place," explaining the reason why she started to cry in the middle of her performance.
According to the reports released following the concert, Taeyeon received the news that she had won 1st place on 'Music Bank' for the 10th consecutive time this week just before her performance.
Unable to contain her happiness, Taeyeon continued to shed tears while fellow Girls' Generation member YoonA went up on stage to share the moment.
