Actor Joo Won (28) revealed that he was thinking of enlisting near the end of next year! That means there's still about a year left with this talented star.
Before the release of his movie, 'That Guy,' he had an interview with the press at a cafe on October 21. �He said, "I am thinking of the end of next year for my military enlistment. I originally thought I would not go. �I wondered if the day I went to the military would come, and that period is indeed approaching. �I would say that I'd urgently do a lot of productions before I go, but I always do a lot. �I think I'll continue to do as I've been doing. �It does worry me and I have a lot of concerns, but I think that everyone goes.
"There will be people who would forget me and people who would remember me when I go to the army, but I honestly feel confident. �I'm not saying that I would really rise up [in popularity] after I come back, but I feel confident that I could do well again. �I think that even if no one were to recognize me and I'd have to start again from the beginning, I could do so while having fun."
That's the spirit! �He also revealed that he saw the video of his good friend Yunho shaving his head before going to the army and sent him off, stating, "At first, he looked to be very conflicted. �However, after his hair was cut, he seemed to be at ease. �He didn't really seem sad when he was going in, either. �I want to be like that, too."
Regarding his abundant productions, Joo Won stated, "Right now, I do think that I need some time to rest. �However, this won't last long, either. �I don't think I'd be able to do that after coming back from the military. �I think I'd be more prudent then, and I think I would choose everything I do with more caution. �Also, at that time, even if I were to say I was going to rest, I don't think my heart would be able to rest at ease."
