Former KARA member and idol-turned-actress Jiyoung says her ultimate goal is Hollywood.
At the press conference for the Japanese movie 'Assassination Classroom' on August 17, Jiyoung revealed that ever since she started studying theater in London in August of last year, she's had Hollywood in mind. She commented, "Though it was only for a brief moment, I remember everything I did. There are people who saw the movie 'Assassination Classroom', who said that they didn't know it was Jiyoung from KARA."
Jiyoung went on, "I'm studying with the goal of Hollywood in mind. Though I went to the Sundance film festival last year with acquaintances, I want to have my own movie screened someday."
Jiyoung made her official acting debut last year in the Japanese drama 'Hell Teacher Nube'.�
