Former Supreme Team member E-Sens has been sentenced to 1 year and 6 months jail time for his illegal marijuana usage. As mentioned previously, this is not his first time he ran into trouble with the law due to marijuana.
He was arrested back in April for his latest offense, and he admitted that all the accusations against him were true. At the sentencing that took place today, the court stated, "The defendant has admitted to his crimes, so we find him guilty."
"He committed this offense while on probation period for his previous offense, and considering his previous two instances of buying and multiple instances of smoking marijuana, his crime cannot be considered light. Even while he was being investigated for it, he continued to commit this offense. He does not seem to be regretting his actions either."
With this decision, he was sentenced to 1.5 years in jail. He was previously sentenced to a sentence of 1 year and 2 months suspended up to 2 years back in 2012, which meant that he needed to stay clear of trouble for 2 years to get out of serving jail time. However, he smoked weed several times before that probational period of 2 years was over, and was once again arrested in April of this year.
