Dal Shabet's Ga Eun turned 23 just a mere minutes ago (24 in Korean age)!

The lovely girl group member was born on July 28, 1992, and Dal Shabet's official Twitter uploaded a message saying, "Please wish a happy birthday for Dal Shabet Ga Eun's 24th!"
