Clara and Polaris Entertainment to butt heads again on second court date

The next court date for Clara and Polaris Entertainment to argue their respective cases will be July 1 as planned!

It was revealed that Clara had, once again, requested for a postponement of the date. Last time, both sides had agreed on pushing back their schedule for appearance in court, successfully delaying it by four weeks. This time, she applied, but was rejected by the Seoul Central District Court.

A rep from the court disclosed to Newsen on June 30, "The second court date in the lawsuit Clara filed against Polaris for confirmation of the invalidity of her exclusive contract with the agency will take place on July 1 as planned.  There will be no change in schedule."
