BESTie's Dahye discussed her new book on yoga earlier today at the KS Building in Gangnam District's Daechi-dong and explained why she acquired a professional yoga certificate.

The girl group member explained, "It started as a hobby, but as I continued doing [yoga] I came to this point," revealing more about the natural progress of a hobby turned into a passion.
Dahye further related that her Tao Yoga instructor Yeo Dong Gu was her greatest support. She confessed, "President Yeo led me towards this path. He gave me a lot of compliments and advised that [my yoga skills] are too valuable to simply continue as a hobby. I've considered teaching [yoga] one day...instead of simply doing [yoga] as a hobby I thought it'd be better to get more serious [about it]."
