Kim Soo Ro apologizes for his sudden leave from upcoming drama 'My Heart Shines'

Kim Soo Ro stated through his agency SM C&C on the 21st, "First off, I sincerely and deeply apologize for causing worries for the producers and broadcast station with the news of my leaving the drama... Because I know that you all have worked on and prepared for the drama for a long time, I only have a sorry heart to the producers and broadcast station. I only hope that there is no more damage done."

His agency rep also stated, "Kim Soo Ro was also looking forward to and working hard for his return to dramas in a while when he recently heard the news of his co-star's leave... Not only that, he had injured his knee during another filming so his health was not good due to the [knee] cartilage injury and back pain. Thus, he was deeply concerned that his health could cause a lot of trouble during the drama filming down the road."

'My Heart Shines' is set to air following 'Birth of a Beauty' in January. The production staff are currently looking to re-cast their female and male stars with Kim Soo Ro and Kim Jung Eun's leave.
