Roy Kim is set to return to the United States this January. The singer revealed that he would be going overseas for his studies at his '2014 Roy Kim Live Tour - Home' concert in Seoul on October 25.
He said to his fans, "The songs from my second album are songs based on what I went through during my one and half years as a student. I learn something new from promoting each album. From my first one, I felt how precious my fans are. I enjoy music, and I enjoy composing and producing. Everything that came after is what you guys did."
Roy Kim then revealed to the crowd that he'd be returning to his studies at Georgetown University, "At the beginning of January, I'm going back to the States. I need to go back and study. It's something I have to go through in order to become a better person. I'll become someone who knows how to look towards the future. My dream isn't to become a legend, and I don't think I could be. I just want to sing for a long time. Thank you so much."
