Hwayoung to star in her first drama 'Mother's Choice'

Hwayoung has already completed filming the scenes as it is a short drama. She portrayed the role of Hyun Ah, a student who becomes a central figure in an incident portrayed in the drama. Although Hwayoung is said to have been nervous at first surrounded by sunbae actors and numerous staff of a drama filming set, she monitored her co-stars' acting and received advice from the director to do her best.

"It's my first time showcasing my acting as the actress Hwayoung so I have a lot of worries and anticipation. As much as a lot of people have taken interest [in me], I will prepare a lot. Although I am lacking a bit and not perfect, I hope that you may watch over me fondly," she said regarding her casting.

Hwayoung, who is currently also filming her movie 'Today's Love', will star in 'Mother's Choice' airing on the 12th at 8:45 PM KST!
