Junsu is reported to have invested a total of 28.5 billion KRW (~27.8 million USD) into his Jeju Toscana Hotel for the past four years. He will finally see his investment kick off its launch next month.
His agency C-JeS Entertainment rep stated, "Junsu's hotel in Jeju Island will open on September 25. As Junsu conducted his activities with JYJ and went on various tours overseas, he dreamed of establishing a special hotel and he fell for Jeju Island so he started it there."
The hotel made up of standard guest rooms as well as a villa-style resort.The rooms are divided into 3 types, A, B, and C, with A being the smallest and C being the largest. There are 4 villa-style accommodations with two types.
The luxury resort is of course not complete without a restaurant, cafe & bar, outdoor BBQ area, gift shop, outdoor concert venue, heated outdoor pools, as well as a spa.
The hotel will start taking reservations on September 1 ahead of its opening on the 25th.
