He also participated in the interview portion with the three magazines, and when asked, "What do you dream of doing in your twenties as you turn 22 years old (Korean age) this year?", Seo Kang Jun shared, "I want to keep challenging myself. I hope that you anticipate the radiant twenties of Seo Kang Jun who is always taking on new challenges."

He also revealed his ideal type when he said,�"The first impression is not that important and I hope to meet a mature and wise person. If we can get over an age gap, I wouldn't mind if she was over ten years older than me." And also touched upon the subject of being a noona-killer (a younger man who attracts a lot of older women), stating, "I think it's because I look older than I am. I was once told I look 6 years older than my age, but I don't think take it as a bad thing. I think it might be one of the good points about me."
