Seungyeon tweeted on June 18, "The exercise pictures revealed during our fan meeting." Though they were exercise pictures, they definitely weren't your run-of-the-mill exercises. The KARA member can be seen using bars to stretch out her body and build muscle.

In other news, Seungyeon is currently starring in the MBC�weekend drama 'Jang Bori is Here!'.
