SM Entertainment, Avex, and Universal Music Japan establish joint company 'everysing Japan'

SM Entertainment stated on the 30th, "Chairman Lee Soo Man met up with Avex Group Holdings Inc. CEO Shinji Hayashi and Universal Music Japan CEO Naoshi Fujikura to reinforce their strategic alliance in the digital music business field and held a signing ceremony for the establishment of their joint company 'everysing Japan'."

Lee Soo Man stated, "I anticipate 'Everysing's advancement into the Japanese market not for simple content but an original business model with the fusion of content and platform... We will cultivate our collaboration to succeed with a new cultural platform to create a new digital lifestyle in Asia."

Their joint company 'everysing Japan' will be established this month.
