Happy birthday to Girl's Day's Minah! Born on May 13, 1993, she just turned 21 (international age). She also took part in an interview with Kyungjae News in relation to her birthday.
She revealed she did not have a set schedule for her birthday, but what she hated hearing most on her birthday was "Treat us!" as she wanted to spend her birthday quietly as if it were not that big a deal. All she wanted to hear was the simple yet traditional "Happy birthday!"
She revealed her thoughts on her birthday: "For my birthday this year, I first felt a sudden sense of responsibility and thought I should become more mature." In relation to getting older, Minah stated, "Maybe it's because I'm still young, but I don't have definite feelings in relation to aging."
The age she most looked forward to turned out to be thirty. Minah explained, "I think I'd be at my prettiest then. I think my maturity both mentally and physically would be the loveliest at that time."
She was asked which birthday was the most memorable for her and she revealed it was the birthday she spent with her fans during Girl's Day's "Twinkle Twinkle" promotions. Her sweet fans had rented out an entire cafe and made the traditional seaweed soup for her to enjoy! She said she was very touched at the time, which is understandable.
In relation to presents, Minah said, "It's nice to receive presents, too, but I wonder how it would be if I suddenly gave a present to someone else on my birthday. Especially to my parents! Or I want to buy myself a ticket to Europe for a vacation."
