Fans plant a 'Lee Hyori forest' in honor of Lee Hyori's birthday

Lee Hyori turned 36 (35 in international age) on May 10, and fans celebrated her birthday by planting a 'Lee Hyori forest' in Seoul!

According to her fanclub 'Hyori Together' on the 10th, fans raised funds to plant a 'Lee Hyori forest' at Children's Grand Park's Dog Park in Seoul through 'Tree Planet'. Fans started this project last January with the goal of 5 million KRW (~4,900 USD) but ended up raising 10,079,510 KRW (~9,800 USD) from a total of 141 contributors by the deadline, April 10.


The 'Lee Hyori forest' (200?) consists of 400-500 trees. Fans also plan to celebrate Lee Hyori's birthday with a signboard hanging ceremony at the 'Lee Hyori forest' today.
