TVXQ personally wrote letters to celebrate their tenth anniversary and to thank their fans. Pictures of their thoughtful messages were uploaded onto TVXQ's official homepage on December 26.
Yunho wrote, "1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10th anniversary. Already, it is the 10th anniversary. Cassiopeia (fans) are like family now. I am really grateful to you and I thank you for always being with us. Let TVXQ and Cassiopeia share more things together. I love you all."
Changmin wrote, "10 years. It is thanks to all of our fans. I will work hard to show you guys a more charismatic self. Thanks a lot. Everyone."
