This year's event was hosted by Lee Hwi Jae, miss A's Suzy, and Yoon Si Yoon at Yeouido's KBS Hall. The '2013 KBS Music Festival' included special performances and never-before-seen collaborations featuring: Girls' Generation, SHINee, EXO, Lee Hyori, IU, INFINITE, B2ST, 2PM, miss A, 4minute, KARA, SISTAR, K.Will, TEEN TOP, Boyfriend, Girl's Day, A Pink, Ailee, Lee Seung Chul, Yoo Hee Yeol, SECRET, Dynamic Duo, Huh Gak, and Crayon Pop.
