Girls' Generation's kid leader Taeyeon has revealed that the nine (or three) will be back soon!

Taeyeon posted, "Today's recording is over (peace). We're in the middle of album preparations too! It'll be out soon! It's not that I didn't focus it on purpose, [the camera] is broken. hehe," along with a mysterious picture of the lyrics for their new track below.
Girls' Generation have been MIA on music shows after releasing "I Got a Boy" early this January and promoting overseas, so this news is definitely music to SONEs' ears!
