[Spoilers] 'Running Man' transforms into a courtroom drama with Jung Woong In, Kim Hee Won, and Kang Il Gang

The variety program 'Running Man' transformed into a thrilling courtroom drama when one of its members were subjected to a brutal assault!

Taken advantage of a brief power outage, cast member Ji Suk Jin suffered an assault prior to the show's filming. With four suspects -- actors Jung Woong In, Kim Hee Won, and Kang Il Gang along with resident betrayer Lee Kwang Soo -- in custody, the cast and guests divided into the prosecution and defense to bring forth justice.

However, with neither side reaching a conclusion, the two sides set out to gather as much evidence as they could before returning to the courtroom. With the defense getting edge in the ensuing mini-games, they were able to have the upper hand when they returned to the courtroom, with defense lawyer Yoo Jae Suk putting up a spirited argument in favor of acquittal.

However, it was revealed that the guilty criminal was none other than Jung Woong In; thanks to the prosecution's advantage, they had been able to get rid of the incriminating evidence prior to the start of the trial. With the prosecution clamoring for an appeal, could we be seeing a sequel soon?
