MBC's 'Good Day' looked into how severe Se7en and Sangchu's punishment could be if they're found guilty.
Lawyer Lee Jae Man appeared on the show to explain, "If they left the premises without permission, they can be sentenced up to a year in prison and fined up to 3,000,000 KRW (approximately $2,641 USD) if the Military Criminal Act is used."
He also said that depending on the situation, the Military Personnel Management Act may also be used, "If the Military Personnel Management Act is applied, they'll be punished with one of the following: being demoted, sentenced to a prison for soldiers, a limit placed on their vacation days, or being confined in a room to reflect on their actions."
