Go Young Wook has appointed his previous lawyer once again for his appeal.
Rumors were circulating that Go Young Wook would be going with a public defender for his appeal, leading many to question if his previous lawyers had given up or refused to take on the appeal. However, they were proven to be false as it's been confirmed that the former celebrity has brought in the lawyer he had teamed up with for his very first trial.
Currently, his appeal court date is undetermined, but Go Young Wook and his lawyer are preparing their case to fight the court sentencing.
The celebrity was previously found guilty of all his charges of engaging in sexual acts with minors and sexual assault, and was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 10 years of electronic anklet wear as well as having his record made public for 7 years.
