The boys of 100% made an ab-baring comeback with "Want U Back", and they've now come out with a live practice clip for the hot song.

 

As an added touch, the members inserted their own comments about the dance moves and practice. Not only do they focus on the choreography, they also put 100% into their vocals by singing live.
