Psy's�'HAPPENING' concert is happening right now at the Seoul World Cup Stadium!
The singer previously had a dress code of blue for his '2012 Summer Stand Concert' and chose the color white this time around to symbolize the burning passion of fans who will light�up the dark night sky at the concert. Psy will also be performing his new single "Gentleman" at the concert for the first time.
He�invested $2.7 million in the event, which 50,000 fans are attending.
