Psy's 'HAPPENING' concert is happening right now at the Seoul World Cup Stadium!
The singer previously had a dress code of blue for his '2012 Summer Stand Concert' and chose the color white this time around to symbolize the burning passion of fans who will light up the dark night sky at the concert. Psy will also be performing his new single "Gentleman" at the concert for the first time.
He invested $2.7 million in the event, which 50,000 fans are attending.
