Park Si Hoo taken off the nominee list from Paeksang Arts Awards

Park Si Hoo has been taken off from the nominee list for the Paeksan Arts Awards because of his controversy.

Park Si Hoo had been running atop the ARS popularity poll at the 49th Paeksan Arts Awards receiving over 47% of the votes. However, there had been much controversy since he is being investigated for sexual assault. Ultimately, the Paeksan Arts Awards decided it would be best to take him off the nominee list.

They announced, "Starting from April 4 at 6PM KST, we have decided to remove Park Si Hoo from the nominee list for the popularity award. We came to this decision on the basis that movie fans are pointing out it is only right to leave out nominees who have created social chaos. Park Si Hoo's reps have also told us they will be limiting his promotions as much as they could until the situation is over."

They also relayed, "According to the change of the nominee list on the popularity poll for the movies, all fans who voted for Park Si Hoo will be reimbursed."
