TV personality Kim Gu Ra, who had taken a hiatus from television due to controversial comments about Korean comfort women in the past, will be a new MC on KBS's 'Do Dream'.
A source at KBS said on April 7th, "Starting from the April 13th broadcast, Kim Gu Ra will be an MC on 'Do Dream.'" Other new MCs starting that day will be singer Jo Young Nam, announcer Jo Woo Jong, and ABC News Director Jo Joo Hee.
This will be the first time in close to a year that Kim Gu Ra will be an MC on a nationally televised show. Kim Gu Ra stopped appearing on television last April and had only returned to cable television last October.
After MC Kim Yong Man having to step down from his position as an MC on 'Do Dream' because of his gambling scandal, the show had decided to go through an entire MC change.
