'Show Note' files a lawsuit against Cho PD asking for cancellation of contract + reimbursement of deposit and Block B's showcase costs

Cho PD and his agency Stardom Entertainment have become embroiled in another lawsuit by concert production company 'Show Note'.

'Show Note' released in a statement, "After signing a contract with Stardom Entertainment (CEO Cho PD) for Stardom artists Block B's performance rights and related matters, we paid a deposit to Stardom and carried out the contract faithfully. But Cho PD and Stardom did not fulfill the contract and did not respond to the requests for resolving the regarding matter in a sincere manner."

'Show Note filed a lawsuit at the Seoul District Court on the 6th for reimbursement of the deposit and Block B's showcase costs as well as asking for the nullification of their contract with Stardom.

The production company stated, "We sent a follow-up request to Stardom but they ignored it every time, so we have confirmed that they have no intention to comply with the various matters. Show Note and the investors who trusted Cho PD's social influence and prepaid a large sum of money can't hide their disappointment in Stardom's behavior."
